Lead Time

Catering orders should be placed as far ahead as possible with a minimum of 24 hours in advance for cold catering and 48 hours for hot catering. Requests received under the minimum guidelines will be delivered at our earliest time slot available. Please note that items ordered under the minimum time frame may be subject to menu changes based on availability.


Pickups

All caterings come with necessary plates, utensils and service ware for the events. In the interest of the environment and cost containment, we request that all equipment and supplies delivered to meetings be left in the room. If it is necessary to move any equipment to another location, please email kevin.moore2@netapp.com to notify us of any changes. If we are unable to pick-up equipment, it may be charged to your department.


Additional Services

We are happy to provide you with any additional services you may need. Wait-Staff, Balloons, Flower Arrangements, Decorations, Custom Linens and China, or any additional special requests. All can be arranged for your gathering. Contact the catering manager for additional information and costs.


ORDERING INFORMATION


Delivery

To insure prompt delivery, please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance, with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note that items ordered under the minimum time frame may be subject to menu changes based on availability.


Last Minute Orders

We will always accept last minute orders, however, menu selection and delivery time must be flexible. Orders are delivered in the order they are taken. There may be a fee for same day changes or orders.


Service Charge / Labor Charge

Additional labor costs will be added to all events scheduled outside of normal delivery hours 7 a.m. - 3 p.m. Monday through Friday.


Minimum Order and Cancellation Policy

There is a $50 minimum for all delivered orders. All orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.


Ordering Information

Please complete your order online. A copy will be emailed to the cafe (kevin.moore2@netapp.com) and the requestor. We will not accept orders via the telephone, however if you need help, call us at (984) 287-9581   and we can assist you. All orders require written confirmation before delivery.


Note: 7.5% sales tax will be added to all invoices.
